Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy (Defective Items Only)

We aim to provide high-quality products to our customers. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy (Change of Mind)  
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect selection made by the customer.

2. No Refund Policy  
All orders are final. We do not offer refunds once the order has been processed or shipped due to delivery, handling, and operational costs.

3. Defective or Incorrect Product  
If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, you must notify us on the same day of delivery.

To request an exchange, the customer must provide clear proof (unboxing video and/or images) showing the issue.

After verification, we will offer a replacement (exchange) of the same product. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Parcel Refusal / Return by Customer  
If the customer refuses to accept the parcel at delivery or the parcel is returned back to us due to customer unavailability or refusal, the delivery charges will be deducted from the token/advance payment made by the customer. The remaining amount (if any) may be refunded at our discretion.

5. Delivery Charges  
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.

6. Order Cancellation  
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or dispatched.
